BOWLING (1300):FEE:$102.00
Instruction available during each class session for the Beginning
or Intermediate level bowler. Choice of two 45 minute classes per
week or one class for 90 minutes on Fridays. Shoe rental included
in course fee which covers approximately 72 games. Classes will meet:

For players with previous bowling experience (bowling classes, yaba,
tournament etc.) Skills emphasized are timing, balance and release.
Shoe rental included in course fee which covers approximately 72 games.

EQUITATION (1305):FEE:
$325.00 (Cornell Community) $325.00 (Others)
All riding classes are held at the OXLEY EQUESTRIAN CENTER located
on Pine Tree Road near East Hill Plaza. Detailed information will
be offered by the equitation staff at the registration sign-up table
in Teagle Hall Gym on 8/25 and 8/26. Ability levels are listed below:
Basic I - Never ridden; Basic II -completed Basic I with knowledge
of walk /trot; Intermediate I - Completed Basic with knowledge of
walk/trot/canter; Intermediate II- Walk/trot/canter with control over
2' course; Advanced- Strong jumping/dressage skills with experience
hunting/showing/eventing. Students must fill out a release form in
order to participate in any riding class. PLEASE NOTE: There will
be NO REFUND given for a course if it is not dropped prior to the
first scheduled class meeting or drop date, whichever is first. ALL
STUDENTS WHO PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS MUST CONTACT THE COURSE INSTRUCTOR,
TARENE FRIEDMAN, AT 272-0152 M-F 4:30-5:30 PM DURING REGISTRATION

INTRODUCTION
TO ANGLING (1310) FEE: $140.00
This class is for anyone who likes to fish or would like to learn
how to fish. Field trips throughout the Finger Lakes Region acquaint
students with area locations, lure presentations, available species
and seasonal patterns. Places fished have included a private pond,
the Whitney Point Reservoir Spillway, Seneca Lake, Skaneateles Lake,
the Susquehanna River and Cayuga Lake. Opportunities exist to catch
large and smallmouth bass, northern pike, lake trout, panfish and
walleyes. Spinning tackle and fishing lures are provided, though students
are welcome to bring their own tackle. The class provides a nice weekly
getaway from campus during the height of the fall foliage. Classes

Teaching geared to all levels of experience and ability. All equipment
furnished. Information and directions to the course available at registration.

GOLF, RECREATIONAL
PLAY (1321): FEE: $225.00
You must have golf experience and should own a set of clubs. Locker
rental available. Play any day of the week. To receive credit you
must play ten rounds of at least nine holes, ten different days (
18 holes on one day DOES NOT constitute 2 rounds). The Fee covers
a fall membership. Students may begin play after registration on Aug.

WATER SKIING
(1335): FEE: $265.00
Introductory course for beginning water skiers. The class will be
conducted from East Shore Marina on Cayuga Lake. Transportation, skis,

JUGGLING (1340):
The class focuses on introducing students to the theory and practice
of juggling. The main focus will be teaching 3 and 4 ball juggling
patterns. Advanced students will also be able to learn clubs, club
passing, acrobatics, diabolo, and 5 balls and more. Instruction will
be in both group and individual settings. Classes will meet:
